CareHub for P/FDS Waiver providers, built for ODP compliance.
Serving providers in Pennsylvania • See Pennsylvania state page
The Pennsylvania Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver enables individuals and families to direct their own support services with budget authority, they choose providers and direct how services are delivered. P/FDS shares ODP's compliance framework with Consolidated, but service delivery is shaped around participant direction. Providers serving P/FDS participants must document services against the participant's spending plan and reconcile with the Financial Management Service. CareHub supports P/FDS providers with the same ODP-aligned infrastructure as Consolidated, with budget-tracking workflows for participant-directed services.
