Why is the migration free?
We built CareHub for DD-waiver providers and we know the friction of moving off a legacy EHR is what keeps people stuck. Removing that friction is how we earn your business, so it costs nothing to leave Therap, Lauris, Credible, or anything else.
How long does it usually take?
It depends on the volume of files. Most migrations land somewhere between a day and a week, a small org with a clean export can be live the same day; a larger roster with years of historical records takes longer. We move at your pace.
What if we're locked into a contract with our current vendor?
No problem, providers often run both systems in parallel during the transition so they can be fully migrated and trained in CareHub before their existing contract ends, with no rush and no double-entry.
Do you migrate historical data, or only current individuals?
Both. Active individuals get full data migrated (face sheets, ISPs, MAR, etc.). Discharged or archived individuals are migrated with status preserved so your records stay complete.
What's required from us?
A point-of-contact who can answer questions and approve final review of migrated data, and read-only access (or an export) from your current system. That’s it.
