What's included in the free trial?⌄
The 14-day free trial gives you full access to all features. You can set up your organization, add service locations, create individuals, and experience the complete workflow. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be charged.
Is there a long-term contract?⌄
Only if you want one. You can pay month-to-month with no lock-in and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you would rather lock in your pricing, you can sign a contract for a year or longer — this protects you from any changes or price increases, so you keep exactly what we agreed to for the full term of your contract. Annual billing also earns a discount.
Are there limits on staff or individuals served?⌄
Staff users are unlimited on every plan — you are never charged per seat. How individuals are counted depends on your service model: residential individuals are included with your service locations, while community-based individuals are bundled up to a set amount per plan with simple per-individual pricing beyond that.
